Europejara (and that popular shark dinosaur)

Description

In Early Cretaceous Spain a pair of Europejara flee when a hungry Concevantor appears looking for a snack.

At last, a drawing featuring Concavenator in my gallery. This dinosaur has been drawn by more artists on DeviantArt in 2010 than any other recently-discovered dinosaur, probably because it´s known from an almost complete skeleton (not that I based this one on any skeletal, so there are the usual proportion errors and the double hump is probably wrongly positioned, too).

Due to Darren Naish´s Tetrapod Zoology post where he dismissed the supposed quill attachments I didn´t jump the bandwagon of drawing the quilled shark carnosaur and when the non-quilled shark carnosaur became so common on DeviantArt it started to annoy me. I´ve only drawn it now because of Europejara, the first Tapejarid pterosaur known from Europe. Due to the announcement of a certain theropod from Germany I´ve also covered the shark dinosaur in proto-feathers and gave it quills.
